​Our service team is led by Carolina Adventure Cycles' co-founder Jeff Butler, a factory trained and certified A-level motorcycle technician. Jeff graduated from the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Orlando in 2004 with certifications in Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki and Yamaha. He is also a factory trained and certified Motor Trike kit installer. Jeff is the former owner of Carolina Cycle Solutions in Monroe, NC which he successfully operated from June 2009 to March 2013. He realized it was time for growth and expansion, so he relocated to a more visible and convenient location on Independence Blvd. and added rentals, sales and tours to the service line-up.

Jeff's philosophy as a technician is to handle every machine as if it were his own. He believes being meticulous and conscientious not only results in a job being done properly and to the customer's satisfaction, but it also means his customer's safety is ensured.
